All monthly condo dues are to be paid at the first of each month.  If payment is not received by the 10th day a late fee may apply.

Acceptable Payment Options:

ACH (Preferred method) - 

Complete the ACH Form under Documents above and return it to Patterson Merkle with a voided check.  All ACH payments are completed on the 5th of every month.

We understand your pet(s) are a part of your family and our neighborhood. We ask that you be a respectful owner and clean up after your furry friend.  Keep in mind there is a $250 fine for not cleaning up after your animal.  

For the safety of your pet and others, it is also important that you have control of your friend at all times. There is a $100 fine for not keeping your pet on a leash.

Snow removal is always one of the hardest items for the Board to budget.  We do our best to meet your needs in providing safe streets and sidewalks, as well as being budget conscious.  

Currently, our snow removal contract is set up with the following agreements. Sidewalks and driveways will be cleared after 2 inches of snow has accumulated.
